We are glad you are here in Auburn. We want to help you learn or improve your English conversation skills.

Spring 2024 SCHEDULE 

Classes are held at the Lakeview Church campus on Wednesday Evenings from 6:00-8:00pm.
Dates for the Fall semester classes:

January 24th – Spring Classes Begin (Registration for New Students also)
4:45PM Weekly Meals Begin
6:00 PM Weekly Classes Begin

March 6th – No classes (Spring Break)

April 24th – Last class for Spring semester

CLASS INFORMATION & REGISTRATION

Conversational English classes are available for people with any level of English skill.  Classes are available at the beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. Classes are taught by certified English as a Second Language (ESL) teachers. There is no charge for classes. Some classes use a book which you have the option of purchasing.

FOR YOUR ENTIRE FAMILY

There are activities for your children while you are in class…

PRESCHOOLERS:
Children four years of age and younger will be cared for in the nursery during class.

CHILDREN:
Children in K5 (Kindergarten) through 6th grade have their own class with activities and craft time, play time, and story time.


TRANSPORTATION

Van transportation is available to and from the Lakeview Church campus. Pickup is available on the Auburn University campus from James E. Foy Hall (under the covered walkway on the side facing  Samford Hall) at 5:05pm.


MEAL BEFORE CLASS

Arrive early for an American meal before class and a great opportunity to get to know your teachers and other friends in a more relational setting. You will be able to practice your English while you eat with new friends. Dinner will be served between 4:45 and 5:45 pm in Lakeview’s “Fellowship Hall.” There is no cost for the meal. However, there is a “donation box” available if you would like to contribute to the cost of your meal.
