CHURCH PLANT RECOMMENDATION:

The Lakeview Baptist Church pastors and deacons recommend approval of planting a church in north Auburn to be called North Plains Baptist Church, with a goal of holding first services in Fall 2027.

We further recommend that Aaron Wine be appointed pastor of the plant and that he, with full support and assistance from all Lakeview pastors, have responsibility for planning the organizational, logistical, legal, financial, and other aspects necessary.

We further recommend a Sunday, June 14, churchwide vote following a Wednesday, June 3, time of churchwide discussion.

We further recommend that Lakeview members be given relevant updates throughout the process.
